If you are issuing full refunds: select all purchases or just the ones you wish to refund 

 

If you are issuing partial refunds they must be done individually 

 

Once you have selected the transactions you wish to fully or partially refund, click the "refund" button, add a reason for the refund then complete the refund

Importantly! Please notify the Eventbox team if you wish refunded tickets to be made available for re-sale and we will put them back on sale. We will soon make it so you can do this yourself
